Road Scholars Program - Meals

Meals are served in Trees For Tomorrow's historic dining hall, constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1937 and equipped with a large modern kitchen. Kitchen staff prepare home-cooked meals, using local or sustainable food products whenever possible.  Our dining hall staff can cater to a variety of special dietary allergies and needs, including (but not limited to) vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose intolerant.
