Sad Loss of Major TFT Supporter

April 2013

It is always sad to say good-bye, but the passing of Tug (E.T.) Juday in March was especially sad. Over the past few decades, Tug was outstanding in his support for Trees For Tomorrow - its staff, its students, and its mission. From donating a four-wheel drive truck to help us snowplow our campus to thousands of dollars for student scholarships to vans and buses to bog boots and a dissolved oxygen meter, and other equipment needed to provide "a natural resources experience of a life-time!" Tug believed in Trees For Tomorrow and made it possible for hundreds of students to participate in our workshops and learn about our natural resources in a fun and safe environment. In 2011, the staff and Board of Directors thanked Tug for his support with renaming the historic education building, Juday Hall.
